Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Specialist to join our team. The RPA Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying, designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of RPA technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation using RPA tools.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-leading RPA platforms such as automation anywhere & UiPath ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process nuances, and recommend automation opportunities.
- Develop detailed process documentation including process flows, technical specifications, and configuration settings for RPA projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots, ensuring continuous functionality and process improvement.
- Conduct regular monitoring of deployed bots, perform necessary maintenance, and implement updates as required.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the use of RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Stay current with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in RPA and automation technologies.
- Contribute to the development of RPA governance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in RPA development, such as Python, PHP, JavaScript and Node.
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and optimize them for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) a plus.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.
