Junior PHP WordPress Developer

Job Summary:

Medatron Pvt. Ltd, a leading technology based medical billing company, is seeking a talented Junior PHP WordPress to join our in-house development team. In this role, you will be assisting in creating and developing high-quality WordPress based websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Frontend Development includes HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5, Font Awesome with PHP extensive experience in WordPress custom theme development.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement and develop responsive website designs, ensuring an optimal user experience across different devices and browsers.
2. Developing custom WordPress themes according to project requirements.
3. Customize and enhance existing WordPress themes to meet specific project needs.
4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the development process.
6. Conduct website performance optimization to ensure fast page loading times and smooth user interactions.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of the frontend and backend components.
8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to WordPress development.
9. Strong knowledge of converting PSD/Figma Based designed to a pixel perfect fully dynamic themes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience as a PHP Development, with expertise in WordPress theme development.
3. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and MySQL.
4. Extensive knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
5. Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
