Role Summary:

As a Bitrix Specialist at Medatron, you will play a critical role in managing our CRM system and optimizing our lead generation and customer relationship management processes. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Bitrix, Zoho, and other CRMs who can handle complex pipelines, integrate with various sources to bring in leads, and effectively manage users and permissions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management: Create, customize, and manage multiple pipelines within Bitrix, ensuring smooth lead progression through various stages.

Lead Generation: Integrate with Facebook using API and other platforms to bring in leads. Also, set up lead generation from the company website (WordPress) and effectively manage lead data

User Management: Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Bitrix. Ensure the right access levels are assigned based on user roles.

Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex workflows and processes within Bitrix to automate tasks, streamline lead management, and enhance efficiency.

Pipelines and Sales Performance Analytics: Set up and maintain analytics to track pipeline and sales performance, and provide reports to management.

Integration: Integrate Bitrix with other systems and tools as needed to improve data flow and process efficiency.

Customization: Create and customize special purpose applications (SPAs) and other tools to meet specific business needs.

Role-Based Permissions: Set and enforce role-based permissions to ensure data security and compliance.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Bitrix, with demonstrable expertise in creating and managing pipelines, workflows, and user roles.
• Experience with other CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is a plus.
• Proficiency in integrating CRM systems with external platforms, such as Facebook, websites, and other lead sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and interpret data and reports.
• Customization skills in creating SPAs or other tools to meet unique business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM data migration and maintenance best practices.

• Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
